Sitting all day in front of a computer at work can be boring, and yet some companies implement rules that prevent you from leaving your workstation except during lunch time and break hours. But what if you can’t stand this? Sitting for hours can result in disorders like carpal tunnel syndrome and other repetitive-stress injuries, anyway.
A good excuse would be to use urological disorders. Tell your boss you need to pee every so often, since you have kidney stones, incontinence, or whatever health issue that requires frequent urination. To prove the validity of your claim, get yourself a urologist’s doctors note. These are easy to download from online services. You can customize doctors notes to your need, and you can include these submitting your request to be allowed to leave your workstation frequently. This way, your frequent bathroom breaks won’t be questioned. You have a valid excuse, after all.
